Greenwood—Replace XFMR #2 Physical and P&C

This project with Entergy involved numerous task orders, in which Milhouse’s responsibilities included the following:

» Replace XFMR #2—Physical
— Replacement of 1 HV transformer by a larger one which required structural analysis for the existing foundation, and installation of animal mitigation on low-side bushing & arresters.
— Replacement of 3 feeder breakers, hookstick switches, tubing between switches and transfer/operating bus, related jumpers to reconnect to the hookstick switches, and installation of animal mitigation on bushing & jumpers.
— Replacement of 2 service transformers, with the installation of fuse switches, a safety disconnect switch, and a new AC panel.
— Demolition of existing LV arresters & installation of new LV arresters on 3 breakers that were replaced.
— Installation of a new ATS inside the control house.
— Installation of yard lights.

» Replace XFMR #2—P&C
— 1 Transformer and 3 Breaker replacements, with new relay protection design, new Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS), new outdoor AC panel, upgrading, and retrofitting yard lights.
— Protection & Control included all applicable plan views, front views, one-line diagrams, relay & instrument diagrams, current & potential diagrams, DC schematic diagrams, SCADA diagrams/tables, communication circuits, and installing new cabling.
