Milhouse Construction was founded in 2009 as a subsidiary of Milhouse Engineering and Construction. From its beginning, Milhouse Construction transitioned from participating with larger general contractors, to taking on the sole general contractor role. Milhouse Construction also started its own carpentry division which made it possible for project managers and carpenters to more efficiently provide quality projects.

Milhouse Services (formerly Milhouse Snow) was founded in 2016 as a subsidiary of Milhouse Engineering and Construction with a vision of providing timely and cost effective ice and snow management services. Milhouse Services is proud to provide over 3 million square feet in snow and ice removal each season. Milhouse Services also provides grounds management services in order to assist the community year-round by keeping properties safe and beautiful. During the snow season, services include hand labor for clearing walkways, stairs and difficult-to-reach areas. Grounds management service include lawn care, landscape construction, facility cleanouts, porter services and more.
Milhouse Forestry was founded in 2021 to provide vegetation management services to utility providers. The Forestry team trims and manages different species of trees to ensure they sustainably prosper, while preventing power line interference.
Milhouse Development was founded in 2019 in order to provide our clients a full suite of services. This ranges from land acquisition to construction of complete built-to-suit facilities. The development team has broad expertise with professional experience across many industries, giving us competitive advantage.
Milhouse Development hopes to improve communities around the world through intelligent real estate decisions, mitigating risk for our partners, and identifying and prioritizing the best use of property to maximize value.
Milhouse Charities was founded in 2012 as a 501c3 private foundation. It was established with the vision to invest through strategic partnerships with STEM and service based organizations. Having invested nearly one million dollars in organizations and programming, and completed over 6000 hours of hands-on community service, we are intentional about being the change we wish to see around the globe.
Milhouse Charities three initiatives are STEM, service, and community. These are the three key areas Milhouse team members are able to give back to the community while supporting Milhouse Charities.
Milhouse International was founded in 2014. Milhouse International is progressing multiple gas-to-power projects in Nigeria, and is a lead sponsor of a 60 MW thermal power project in Southeastern Nigeria. The thermal power project will provide energy to commercial and industrial customers in the Southeast and will light up one of its leading universities, the University of Nigeria at Nsukka. Milhouse Generation Services Energy’s first plant is an off-grid coal-fired power project located in the Nsukka area of Enugu, Nigeria on land owned by the University of Nigeria at Nsukka.
