Meet the Leaders Shaping Milhouse’s Next Chapter

The strength of Milhouse has always come from our people. Behind every project is a team making decisions, solving problems, adding value, and carrying forward the high standards that shape the Milhouse legacy. Over the last several months, we have welcomed and promoted leaders whose experience strengthens our work across the enterprise. Their leadership is shaping how Milhouse delivers excellence across industries and how we continue to build on our values of constant quality, fierce integrity, active diversity, and intentional safety.

It is especially important at a time when many of our clients are navigating increasing complexity in their own industries. Infrastructure needs are evolving. Expectations are rising. The work often requires coordination across disciplines, strong judgment, and leaders who understand not only the technical side of the job but also its broader context. Their leadership helps ensure our teams deliver not only technical expertise, but also the business acumen clients need from a trusted partner.

Meet the leaders helping shape Milhouse’s next chapter.

Jamie Schwegmann, PE, PMP, MBA - Vice President of Gas Engineering, Milhouse

For gas clients, success depends on more than sound engineering. It requires a partner who understands the broader pressures surrounding gas infrastructure work, from coordination and constructability to schedule, risk, and accountability. With 15 years of utility infrastructure experience, Jamie brings that perspective to Milhouse, helping clients keep important programs moving forward with confidence.
