With more than 22 years of experience leading cultural transformation and process improvement efforts, Maryam Brown is a results-driven human resources professional. Maryam joined Milhouse in 2019 as the leader of the organization’s People and Culture (Human Resources) department. In her role, Maryam oversees organizational strategies, total compensation programs, change management, culture strategy and employer branding.

Maryam has contributed to defining and enhancing Milhouse’s culture to attract and retain top performers. Under Maryam’s tenure, the organization has more than doubled its total workforce and increased the number of women-identifying team members by 9%.
