The talented team of LIONS participated in the Culinary Care Corporate Cook-Off Challenge with the award-winning Chef Charlie McKenna at Lillie Q’s in West Town. The Corporate Cook-Off is an annual event that partners with companies like MILHOUSE to #beapositiveimpact.

Our group was divided into four teams.

Chef McKenna shared how his love of cooking began and took a journey of how to properly cut a tri-tip and create a delicious rub for seasoning. Each team had 30 minutes to recreate the dry rub and trim the tri-tip before Chef Charlie put it in the smoker.
