Chrissy Carr, PE serves as Chief Engineering Officer, Industries for Milhouse Engineering and Construction, Inc. In her role, Chrissy oversees operations and P&L for the Milhouse engineering teams serving the electric and gas utilities, telecom, and aviation industries.
Chrissy brings over 33 years of experience in the electric utilities industry. Before Milhouse, Chrissy served as a key member of the principal group and part of the largest global practice management team at Burns & McDonnell. Her leadership was instrumental in growing the business line from 2 to 300+ FTEs and increasing revenue 50% in five years. She was also the recipient of an engineering award from the state of New Jersey for an Aviation Visual Warning System for PSE&G.
Chrissy holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kansas and is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
Outside work, Chrissy serves in the middle school and high school ministries at Colonial Presbyterian Church and enjoys boating at the Lake of the Ozarks with her family and friends. She is a lover of sports who enjoys disc golf, golf, kayaking, and pickleball and holds season tickets for the Kansas City Chiefs.
