A licensed Professional Civil and Environmental Engineer, Jamie brings 15 years of experience leading utility infrastructure programs across the natural gas, electric, water, wastewater, renewables, and telecommunications sectors. Recognized for her ability to deliver strategically aligned, constructible, and cost‑effective engineering solutions, Jamie has overseen initiatives ranging from complex, multi-disciplinary standalone engineering design packages to enterprise‑scale, programmatic portfolios.
