Melanie Jefferies, PMP, DASM is the Chief Operating Officer, Production & Delivery, Engineering Services at Milhouse Engineering and Construction, Inc. and the Principal of Milhouse Development, LLC. In her role as COO, she is responsible for strategic planning, performance and delivery, cross-functional collaboration, and financial success. As Principal of Milhouse Development, Melanie is responsible for creating and managing a diverse portfolio of real estate across seven markets worth over $30 Million in revenue.
Melanie has over 10 years of A&E industry business leadership experience, having lead many projects and departments to success. During her career she built a reputation for operational excellence, innovative and solutions based problem solving, with a focus on diversity and inclusion of African American people and women of color in male-lead industries.
Melanie serves as a board member of Milhouse Engineering and Construction and Milhouse Construction.
