As Vice President of Vegetation Management, Rickey Shannon oversees and optimizes all operational aspects of Milhouse’s vegetation management services. In this role, he drives efficiency, safety, compliance, and profitability across multiple projects while leading high-performing teams, managing budgets, and ensuring operational excellence.
With 30 years of vegetation management experience and 15 years dedicated to management and leadership, Rickey brings deep industry knowledge and a proven record of operational success. Prior to joining Milhouse, he spent 16 years in operations management at Magna, where he demonstrated strong leadership and earned several professional certifications, including:
Rickey attended Gordon College and Ashford University, majoring in Business Management with a minor in Forestry.
Committed to service, Rickey donates time through Milhouse Charities and his church community. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, is an avid car enthusiast, and loves watching sports.
