Building Tomorrow

I am thrilled to share some of the exciting developments we have in store at Milhouse Engineering and Construction. As the Vice President of Civil & Transportation, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing remarkable growth and innovation within our organization since I joined the company in 2020.

Currently, the civil team is breaking into new regions and making our mark in the Southeast and Northeast. By growing our geographical presence, we are also creating opportunities that foster career growth for our team members. We’re not just knocking on doors; we’re opening new ones.  We are actively cultivating a culture of growth, promoting skill development through exciting design opportunities, and ensuring that our team evolves alongside our expanding success. 

Our project portfolio is as diverse as it gets, ranging from electric vehicle battery plants to movie studios, casinos, and major roadway reconstruction projects. What excites me most is the impact these projects have on communities, and the passion I see in our team members as they contribute to these projects.

By incorporating 3D technology into all our designs and deliverables, we not only provide clients with real-world visualization prior to construction but also minimize uncertainties during the bidding process, ultimately saving costs.
