Milhouse and Blue Ocean International Nigerian Summit

Milhouse International/Milhouse develops projects abroad that aim to ease power blackouts which are chronic in emerging economies. Milhouse is advancing multiple projects in Nigeria and Kenya, while also pursuing similar ventures in Ghana, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).

Nigeria is Africa’s most populous country with 180 million people. Less than 50 percent of the entire Nigerian population has access to electricity on a regular basis. Milhouse is working very hard to address the need for independent power through our own efforts and in partnership with local and international investors we are working to build. Reliable power will greatly enrich the lives of the citizens of Nigeria while providing business opportunities to local enterprises.

On July 20, 2019, Milhouse met with Blue Ocean International Group in Enugu, Nigeria, to discuss how to best move forward with becoming Independent Power Providers for the region. The meeting was supported by the US-China International Economic and Cultural Exchange Association. Professor Nebo, former Nigerian Energy Minister, was a critical part of the discussions.

Milhouse Chairman/CEO Wilbur C. Milhouse III and Frank Martin, Senior Vice President, Milhouse International, strategize with Professor Nebo and potential investors regarding production and distribution of independent power for the people of Nigeria.
