Chicago-based engineering and construction firm increases headcount by more than 50% within one year 

CHICAGO, IL (July 6, 2022) – Milhouse Engineering and Construction, Inc. announced today its workforce has grown to 500 team members. This group of diverse and talented individuals has allowed the firm to reach a variety of different sectors to create a positive impact on communities around the world.  

Since July of 2021, the Milhouse family of companies has seen almost 60% growth in headcount. This type of expansion does not happen overnight but requires a daily commitment from each team member to cultivate a diverse and collaborative environment. Every department is built of members of exceptional talent and enthusiasm for their area of expertise. Twenty years ago, Wilbur C. Milhouse III founded Milhouse Engineering and Construction, Inc. out of the basement of his home on Chicago’s Southside.
