CIBC Bronzeville Bank is a 3500 square feet 1-story building on a 19,000 square feet lot in Chicago.
Milhouse designed the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Communications, Structural, and Civil aspects of the project.
The scope included: power and lighting design for all indoor and outdoor areas of the building, site civil, grading, pavement markings, proposed utilities, erosion control plans, and all other MEP, Structural, and Civil design needs.
The project was designed to exceed the Chicago Sustainable Development Policy.
