Erie Neighborhood House has been a service agency for Chicago immigrant communities since 1870. Milhouse Construction is the carpentry subcontractor for converting a portion of the Teamster’s Hall to a day care center. Milhouse’s talented carpentry crew is working closely with the general contractor and mechanical trades to identify wall layout adjustments, avoiding mechanical route conflicts, taking advantage of existing chases, and avoiding changes in work.
