Milhouse served as Owner Representative for this $5 million project. The project included a new building addition core & shell for build out and operation by the Advocate Medical Group. It also included renovation, utility upgrades, and site development work for the other existing, tenant-occupied buildings on the campus.
Milhouse was initially engaged during the project planning and Initiation phases and continued through both the design and construction phases.
The work included close coordination with existing tenants, tight deadlines to get the new clinic completed in 2018, and major utility upgrades.
Milhouse advised the client in project matters, coordinated the design and construction work, along with Advocate’s build out contractor. Services included change management, budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, utility coordination, and scope control.
