Milhouse Construction, Inc. provided project management services as part of a general contracting team that managed the construction aspect of this $17M ground-up project. Our team managed over 40 subcontractors and suppliers, organized project meetings, and provided scheduling. Environmental services included management of the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) and Hazardous Material Management Plan.
