Challenge: Furnish and install multiple, types, shapes, and finishes of wood trim, cabinetry, and counter
tops.
Solution: Milhouse was extremely organized during the bidding phase, procurement phase, and
construction phase in order to manage material and labor.
Result: Work was performed efficiently, with minimal waste, and high quality craftsmanship.
Milhouse Construction furnished and installed over 200,000 linear feet of stained and painted baseboard, door casing, door molding, crown molding, chair rail, window sills, ornamental trim, and ornamental doors. Work was performed in 160 guest rooms, common corridors, bathrooms, and fitness areas of this very stylish and striking hotel.
Milhouse also furnished and installed custom casework, ceiling arches, built-in niches, custom counter tops, ornamental trim, and custom doors in the hotel lobbies, reception areas, dining areas, and bars. Additionally, Milhouse field built custom doors and furniture for unique elements in the lobbies and
common areas.
