The 95th Street Station is the cornerstone of CTA’s rapid transit system on the south side of Chicago. The project involved the rehabilitation of the North Terminal and the construction of a new South Terminal. After several attempts to move the project forward with other teams and delivery methods, the CTA employed a Design-Build project delivery approach and retained the Joint Venture team of F.H Paschen and Milhouse.
